Rewilding Half-Day Retreat:
January 25th | 11-4pm | $95 pp
I’m holding space at my home in Phoenix. Space for community & connection. Space to remember that we are allowed to take care of ourselves, our health, and our hearts. This experience will include yoga, meditation, journaling, breathwork, cold immersion therapy & a delicious homemade lunch. As I host this for the second time, I’m always inspired to add new things and learn from each prior experience. The response was overwhelmingly positive from the first round so let’s do it again! This half-day retreat will give you the space you need to take control and create some loving boundaries around your health and happiness. Some words from the last time -

Yoga Teacher Training
at Metta Yoga (begins Feb)
I am excited to announce that I am co-leading a yoga teacher program with the very talented owner of Metta Yoga in Phoenix, Zuzana Kolinkova as well as local valley legend, Lorilee Gilmore. Between us we bring decades of experience and expertise to the training which promises to bring magic to your life. The training will be focused on learning flow and restorative styles of yoga as well as philosophy, anatomy, alignment, ayurveda, and much more. You’ll complete the course in 3 months with your 200hr Yoga Alliance Certification.
Training begins at $1.495 and meets most Monday/Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons
